Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Elevate: STEM & the Arts (ESA). ESA can tailor the volunteer service to fit your areas of interest within Mathematics, Mentoring and the Arts.

The ESA Director and/or Volunteer Coordinator will help you determine how best to get involved. Daily, weekly, or maybe just on occasional weekdays.

• Daily program volunteers participate during the program hours between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday, as mentors, math enhancement mentors, homework helpers or activity creators and assistants.

• Volunteers also join in at various citywide field trips on occasional Fridays.

• Mentors offer support, friendship, and a constructive example to groups and individual students. A mentor’s guidance and encouragement helps children explore their passions, special gifts and talents, and navigate their life decisions.

COVID-19 CLEARANCE
On-site volunteers must show proof of Covid-19 clearance, accomplished within 72 hours prior to volunteering. A copy of this proof must be hand delivered, mailed or scanned to the ESA Director or Volunteer Coordinator. Please note that you cannot be accepted as a volunteer with ESA until we have received this negative clearance.
